The large-scale system was designed to meet a significant proportion of the manufacturer’s daytime electricity demand through renewable generation produced on site.

Manufacturing sites often have sustained daytime electricity requirements that align well with solar generation. Solmatix used the available roof area to develop a system suited to the facility’s operational energy profile.
The installation is estimated to avoid approximately 118,320kg CO2e each year, subject to generation, roof orientation, shading, weather and on-site energy use.
