Solmatix delivered a 9.135kWp solar PV installation at Drury Works, a new highly sustainable office building in Covent Garden, London, for Zircon AR Group.
The project demonstrates Solmatix’s ability to integrate renewable energy technology into a constrained central London commercial development.

The flat-roof system comprises 21 LONGi 435W solar panels installed using a Van der Valk mounting system and connected through Solis inverter technology. The design was configured to suit the available roof area and the requirements of the wider development.
The completed installation supports the building’s sustainability objectives and is estimated to avoid approximately 1,077kg CO2e each year, subject to generation, roof orientation, shading, weather and on-site energy use.
