Glasswater Locks

Solmatix delivered 24.36kWp of solar PV for Glasswater Locks, a flagship residential development comprising 312 luxury apartments, working with Briggs & Forrester.

The project demonstrates Solmatix’s capability to design and install solar PV across different roof types as part of a major residential scheme.

Location: England

Additional Information

Three arrays comprise a total of 56 LONGi 435W solar panels across standing seam and trapezoidal roof areas. Renusol mounting solutions and Solis inverter technology were used to create a coordinated system suited to the development’s varied roof construction.

The installation supports on-site renewable electricity generation and is estimated to avoid approximately 2,712kg CO2e each year, subject to generation, roof orientation, shading, weather and on-site energy use.
