Hythe Hospital Housing

Solmatix delivered 32.625kWp of solar PV across a 22-home affordable housing development at Hythe in the New Forest for AJC.

The project demonstrates Solmatix’s experience in incorporating renewable energy across multi-block residential developments, supporting more sustainable new homes through a coordinated solar PV solution.

Location: Hythe, England

Additional Information

Five blocks incorporate a total of 75 LONGi 435W solar panels, supported by Solis inverter technology and Renusol mounting systems. The equipment was selected and configured to suit the different roof areas across the development.

The combined system enables renewable electricity generation across the housing scheme and is estimated to avoid approximately 4,059kg CO2e each year, subject to generation, roof orientation, shading, weather and household energy use.
