Solmatix delivered a 37.41kWp solar PV installation at the Powergate Data Centre campus in Acton, London, for Dornan.
The project demonstrates Solmatix’s capability to deliver renewable energy infrastructure within a complex, fast-paced data centre environment where programme coordination, safety and technical quality are critical.

The array comprises 86 LONGi 435W solar panels installed on a flat roof using a Van der Valk mounting system. It is connected to a 30kW SolarEdge inverter and incorporates 43 S1000 power optimisers.
Powergate is a major hyperscale data centre development in one of Europe’s largest data centre markets. Delivering within this environment required Solmatix to coordinate its work with the wider construction programme while meeting the project’s demanding quality and health and safety requirements.
