Solmatix delivered an 18.9kWp solar PV installation for a new office development at Pelham Street in Kensington and Chelsea, London, working with Kent M&E.
The project demonstrates how solar PV can be integrated across distinct roof areas within a high-value urban commercial development.

The installation comprises 35 LONGi 540W solar panels arranged across the east and west buildings. The arrays are mounted on standing seam roofs and connected through Solis inverter technology.
Coordinating the two arrays created a single renewable energy solution tailored to the building layout. The installation is estimated to avoid approximately 2,228kg CO2e each year, subject to generation, roof orientation, shading, weather and on-site energy use.
